Cole is an amazing trainer. Without reservation I would recommend him to anyone from a beginner to a motivated athlete.  Besides his extensive knowledge of exercises and fitness development techniques, and spectrum for motivation, the true tenant of a trainer is to meet you where you need to be when you walk in the gym. Whether I was fired up and ready to power through an incredible workout or I came into the gym a bit sluggish, Cole knew exactly what I needed for that workout, to make the most of it.
