A strength and conditioning coach is a physical performance professional who uses exercise prescription to improve the performance of competitive athletes, or anyone looking for intense training. This is achieved through the combination of strength training, aerobic conditioning, and other methods.

Boxing and MMA
Boxing is a combat sport and a martial art in which two people, usually wearing protective gloves and other protective equipment such as hand wraps and mouthguards, throw punches at each other for a predetermined amount of time in a boxing ring.
Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques and skills from a mixture of other combat sports to be used in competition. The rules allow usage of both striking and grappling techniques while standing and on the ground.

Online Program Design
Customized athletic based training programs are designed for anyone looking to train like an elite athlete. Programs can be designed for either short and long term goals. Whether you are cutting weight, packing on muscle or preparing for an event. The best way to achieve your goal is to start with plan that you can commit to and then be held accountable.

Training Camps
Training camps may only be held once, twice or three times per year. Put yourself to the true test of an elite athlete and prepare yourself for the next level training. Camps will either be online or in-person for a 12 training block. Space will be limited and 100% commitment is required. Stay tuned for upcoming posts through Instagram.
